I just had a toilet replaced. Mike was very professional, explaining the work and the cost, as well as why he was doing what he was doing. I asked him to check the valves to the water supply lines on both toilets and he said they were good to go for now - no upselling of services. Everything was cleaned up when he left and everything was in working order. I will call 207 again for my next plumbing issue.

Braydon S. was absolutely fabulous. We had our furnace tune-up today and he was thorough, informative and patient with all of my questions. Very respectful and personable. I was able to learn more about our furnace system which was helpful as well as our electric water heater for the future if needed. I highly recommend 207 Heating and Plumbing. But, super expensive. Material cost was through the roof. Man, I don’t know how people afford professional plumbers. Nice work, but man to pay that much really killed me. 5 stars, otherwise.

I just started using 207 Plumbing and Heating this summer. They properly serviced our Mitsubishi heat pumps even though they didn’t install them. We subsequently had an unrelated plumbing issue which they solved right away. Every person I encountered was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and, most importantly, they truly seem to care about the customer. So rare nowadays. Highly recommend 207 Plumbing and Heating.

Mike has been here several times and he does a very good job. WE have also had another tech and he did a good job as well. They have been very responsive to our needs with very good communication. i will use them again when the next job comes up.

Ronnie was an excellent HVAC technician. He didn’t waste any time troubleshooting the furnace to determine why it wasn’t firing. He quickly determines that the electrodes gap was set properly and readjusted to the proper specification. The furnace fired up and runs smoother and quieter that is has ever. Great job Ronnie, a true craftsman at work.207 got a good one with Ronnie. About the only negative thing I could say, is 207 wasn’t cheap. But Ive always believed you get what you pay for. Well, the folks at 207 delivers on that promise, so well worth the money and peace of mind.

Scheduling was easy, technician was a little early and got the job done quick. The flat rate billing can be a big disadvantage if you’ve already done some of the work. Supplying an appliance gas line and 20 minutes of the technician’s time was almost $500. I do hope the $500 would of covered converting the appliance to LP.

My technician, Steve, was professional, knowledgeable, and so patient explaining things to me surrounding the anxiety I had with my situation. He even fixed my shower drain while he was here, which was not the reason for my initial call. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

This has been my 1st experience with 207 Plumbing and Heating. 207's service technician Braydon S was professional and qualified to complete the overdue two year cleaning. 207 provided updates via text and email's confirming their arrival with a reasonable service invoice & no surprises about my 30 year old furnace ! Overall customer service was great and very prompt. My water heater started leaking needing to be replaced. They came quickly to replace it even taking away the old one. Within a few hours of install I had a leak from the cold intake pipe going into the water heater. Called them they sent the same tech the very next day. He openly admitted he thought it would possibly leak! He then told me he did not have proper materials to fix it but that he would "patch" the leak and hope for the best. Well the "patching" did not work! Called them again, they showed up promptly next day sending a different tech this time. Needless to say after 3 visits (one for install, two for leaks) I finally have a brand new water heater with no leaks!

They were so quick to respond and to come out and assist us with determining the best solution for fixing our water issue with the basement

Steve K has been addressing a hammer situation for us and also helping to clean up some old trap and general water system issues with our well serviced home. He is great and thorough. His work is professional and very quick. He is clean and cleans up his work areas. Always welcome back.

Great customer service across the board. From the second I called in expectations/process were clearly laid out. They had an opening that afternoon. The guys assessed the situation, walked me through worst case/best case and gave quotes for both. Also did a quick walk around. Shower was fixed and running better than when I bought the house. Not cheap, but quality work typically isn't. We were having an issue with our heating system, and gave 207 a call. They got us scheduled, and communication via email and text were top notch. The technicians were professional and friendly, and all pricing was up front. There was a possible issue with the work and they returned two days later to check it out and confirm all was functioning as expected for no additional service charge. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

A+ experience, start to finish. They quickly provided me with an estimate based on photographs I emailed them of my water heater, which needed to be replaced. I called to book the job on a Friday, they were here by the following Tuesday, and the job was done before lunch time. The tech (Steve) was right on time, and was as courteous and respectful as any contractor you can imagine having in your home. He was focused, but still patiently took the time to answer several of my questions. These folks set the bar for how a Heating & Plumbing experience should go. If you're questioning whether or not to hire them...just hire them!

Very friendly service. The technician showed up on time. He accurately diagnosed the problem and gave me several suggestions to fix it. The technician recommended the least expensive method first, And was very knowledgeable about a number of different ways I could go about fixing the issue.
