Not cheap, but quality work typically isn't. We were having an issue with our heating system, and gave 207 a call. They got us scheduled, and communication via email and text were top notch. The technicians were professional and friendly, and all pricing was up front. There was a possible issue with the work and they returned two days later to check it out and confirm all was functioning as expected for no additional service charge. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

A+ experience, start to finish. They quickly provided me with an estimate based on photographs I emailed them of my water heater, which needed to be replaced. I called to book the job on a Friday, they were here by the following Tuesday, and the job was done before lunch time. The tech (Steve) was right on time, and was as courteous and respectful as any contractor you can imagine having in your home. He was focused, but still patiently took the time to answer several of my questions. These folks set the bar for how a Heating & Plumbing experience should go. If you're questioning whether or not to hire them...just hire them!

Very friendly service. The technician showed up on time. He accurately diagnosed the problem and gave me several suggestions to fix it. The technician recommended the least expensive method first, And was very knowledgeable about a number of different ways I could go about fixing the issue. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t rush the appointment. The work ended up fixing the problem and the cost was a good value for the service. Five stars!

The tech was great but the charge not so great. A cleaning that was supposed to be $299 was $499 because furnace was plugged. A cleaning is a cleaning no matter how much you need to clean.

I have lived in the area for several years and have finally found my go-to company for everything heating and plumbing related. I recently had a very complicated issue with my boiler and heating system that required purging the lines. The team at 207 Plumbing didn't give up—they stuck with it until they found a solution. They are incredibly responsive, prompt, and treat their customers with genuine respect. A huge shout-out to Sean and the owner, Bill, for their hard work. I am so glad we went with 207 Plumbing and Heating for all of the plumbing in our new home. They were able to start the job quickly after our original plumber bailed on us. Communication with the office and owner was great, they were understanding of us having a construction loan to finance the project, and I appreciated the text and email reminders of our scheduled appointments. Above all, our plumber Michael was outstanding. Polite, professional, and you can tell he truly takes pride in his work. He had great attention to detail and always cleaned up after himself. I really felt like we were in good hands.

When I called 207 Plumbing and Heating, a nice women listened to the issues I had and then set an appointment the next day. Steve and Brayden were very professional and thorough. They installed two new bathroom faucets. The work was neat and they clean up the areas when they finished. They double checked the faucets to make sure there weren't any issues before they left. Great work!

At first we called an other company somewhere in Scarborough Maine and they told us it will take 2 weeks for someone to come, so we called 207 Plumbing and Heating company and they sent someone on the same day. They did great a job!

207 replaced my water tank, installed a sediment filter and serviced our furnace. When the furnace was running too rich, they came right out and fixed the settings and restarted everything and cleaned the space around the furnace before they left. They were efficient, polite, and knowledgeable with the different systems. Great job all around- thank you!!

Steve and Braden were very professional and did a great job fixing our leaking shower and pipe….I would definitely recommend them to anyone else needing similar services…I put unsure on pricing because I don’t have anything to compare it to…..Everything’s expensive nowadays, especially when you’re living on Social Security……

The guys were professional and did a good job in attempting to rebuild the valve before having to replace it. Upon discovering the new valve was leaking slightly, they promptly returned and investigated to find the root cause.
