To Our Valued Customers and Community:
First off, we hope everyone is being safe and staying healthy during this unprecedented time. We realize everyone is overwhelmed with information and updates regarding COVID-19, but we wanted to update everyone on the specific steps and precautions we are taking here at 207 Plumbing & Heating.
We are committed to providing the same valuable services to our customers despite the spread of COVID-19.
Because we provide essential services to the community, we want to assure you that we are still working in the field and performing necessary plumbing and heating repairs and services as necessary. As a company, we are taking all the measures necessary to protect the health and safety of our employees, our customers and our communities while continuing to deliver reliable, professional plumbing and heating services.
Our primary concern is for the health and safety of our team and our customers. For that reason, we have put in place several best practices. Company travel has been restricted to our immediate service area, and personally we are practicing social distancing. We are able to schedule appointments, answer questions, and handle customer concerns remotely via email or telephone, and we can take payments over the phone.
We are implementing best practices as developed by the State and Federal Centers for Disease Control.
Those of us in the field have a very specific set of protocols we are following in order to practice safe social distancing in order to protect ourselves and the community. We are asking a few simple questions to customers before entering a home or business. We are diligent about wearing, and regularly changing, gloves and protective booties. We are cleaning down surfaces of our vehicles, inside and out, throughout the day. Rest assured, we are taking all necessary precautions and will continue to providesafe and dependable service to our customers.
We are grateful for our loyal customers, and your health and safety is utmost in our minds. We know we will get through these difficult times working together as a community, with thought and care for each other. Stay well.
Sincerely,
Bill Sterling
